Need change my details as card been...
I need to change my details as my card has been lost, and my new 16-digit number obviously changes. I also spoke to an advisor but couldn't even get reception; it's supposed to be one of the biggest bookmakers in the ***.

*** makes it impossible to withdraw money from a betting account when customers win. They specifically state that money must be returned to the debit card that opened the account.
We all know we change, lose, or debit cards expire.
Another big company of thieves not wanting to pay out when a small regular punter wins. Disgraceful.

Can’t make a new account
I was stupid 2 or 3 years ago and made an account underage, and now that I'm 18, I can't make a new account because all my personal details are connected with the account.

- - Cannot contact support by email and the message link won't open on iPhone.
- - Wants to download docs already provided after payment, but cannot.
I dont have any e mail to contact the customer service and no access to your message link, since it does not work on my iphone... I need to be able to download the docs you asked me for even though I dont know ehy since I have given you these docs before and both paid money and recieved money from you... you create problems out of the blue - so so stupid!

- - Tried to withdraw $5 to tip, but it was blocked.
- - Policy details should be clear at kiosks, and I was told to bet half my money.
Went to withdraw 5 bucks out of my account to tip someone , but you guys didnt allow me to do it . You should not be able to dictate how much or when I can withdraw my own money .
I was never given a definite answer , and also if its stated somewhere in your policy it should be big in bold letters and posted at each kiosk . I was also told I needed to bet half my money in order to get access to it , again you should not dictate how much I should wager . Ive been with you guys for a long time and have enjoyed the site but this just put a sour taste in William hill .
There are other sites I can use but choose not to get them but after this ordeal will look into other apps . Im just one person so it wont matter if you lose me but I will tell others of what happened.
